In December of 2010, master candy maker Wes Raley started to make his masterpieces at Lofty Pursuits. Wes specializes in folded hard candy that has images in the centers of them. These are made with a process that is over a hundred years old, and is amazing to watch. Our candy making area is right out front of the store for you to watch.
We also make traditional candies on old candy making machines that were made from the 1850's through the 1890's. Candy made the old fashioned way tastes better, and we can show you. Just drop by lofty and try some, or better yet, watch Wes make some, and you'll see the difference in person.
