Stopped in here "by accident" when our kid earned her ice cream at a soccer game. What an awesome treat this was! Get the Sandy Sundae, you will not be disappointed. Side note: the staff was really fun and entertaining. This is a throwback ice cream joint!
Philosophy, philanthropy and conservation, all lofty pursuits in their own right but add homemade ice cream crafting to an art and well that just may be the loftiest of them all. Egg cream, BAM! Sundaes, Bang! Malts, Boom! Hey take your pick of their over 672 different choices and you will find it impossible to go wrong. Everything is so good including the homemade candy. The employees are real jerks though. This ice cream certainly isn't taxing on me or you. Do your self a favor and embrace ice cream nirvana.
This busy ice cream spot is fun for the whole family. There is a nice variety of flavors and toppings in several different sizes. Included in this large store are toys, games, cards, etc. Kids have a wonderful time trying out the various toys. There is also a nice selection of games and puzzles for adults. This is definitely the go to place with kids.
Rootbeer float - I browsed around among the others downtown this afternoon.
The weather was equisite and it was fun to see what's new with
crafts/artists and vendors, etc. It was time for a snack - but there
were lots of choices. Then I saw the Lofty Pursuits mobile and
rootbeer float was a choice - could get small or large and small would
be just right. Service was splendid with a smile and quickly I was
treated to a superb delightful perfect treat. Thank you for being there LP!!!
