Our Florida take on the classic. We use local grits, and we serve it with a special red sauce, sauteed shrimp and just enough Cajun spice to give it a kick. Delicious for breakfast or any time.

The Monte Cristo likely a variation of a Croque Monsieur, a French sandwich invented around. For our recipe, we took Darrissa's French toast, and melted our Swiss cheese over ham and turkey, added raspberry jam, and that's it. Super filling so add a side if you're extra hungry.
